Lily is a passionate physiotherapist who brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge, whole-body thinking, and compassionate care to every session. Originally from Ireland, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science and a Master’s in Physiotherapy—and has further refined her craft through clinical Pilates training and over six months of mentorship under Dr. Harrison Stone.
Lily’s approach is grounded in the belief that pain is rarely just about one muscle, joint, or tissue. She looks beyond symptoms to find the deeper patterns—nervous system imbalances, postural compensations, emotional stressors, and movement habits—that are keeping your body stuck in pain. She deeply believes in the philosophy that the body isn’t broken we just need to guide it back to balance.
If you’ve seen physios, chiros, massage therapists or osteopaths in the past but your pain keeps coming back, Lily might be exactly who you’ve been looking for. She specialises in persistent, hard-to-crack cases—especially where more traditional treatments haven’t created lasting change.
With her clinical Pilates background, Lily uses precise, purposeful movement as a tool to restore function, reconnect the body’s systems, and build long-term resilience. She specialises in all aspects of women’s and pelvic health. You’ll receive not only expert hands-on treatment, but also tailored guidance and tools to continue your progress at home—so you need fewer sessions and see better results.

Doctor of Physiotherapy, Sports and Exercise Scientist
Harrison is the founder of Perfectly Human Physiotherapy and a holistic practitioner who believes that the body is not broken, it’s intelligent, adaptive, and always responding with purpose. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and a Doctorate in Physiotherapy, his clinical journey has taken him through both the hospital systems and private practice, where he began to notice a gap in how people were being treated: as isolated parts, not integrated systems.
Driven to find a better way, Harrison immersed himself in continued education and hands-on learning. From myofascial release, pilates-based rehab, functional neurology to performance training and chronic pain science, he developed a deep appreciation for the body’s innate design and the need to treat it as a complete, intelligent whole.
His approach combines hands-on therapy, movement-based rehab, breath-work, and nervous system regulation. Whether working with pain, injury, or performance goals, his priority is to help you understand why your body is behaving the way it is and empower you to move through it with clarity and confidence.
“Your body isn’t making mistakes, it’s doing its best with what it has. My job is to help you listen, learn, and restore trust in your body’s design.”
