What is Holistic Physiotherapy
Holistic physiotherapy is a comprehensive approach to physiotherapy that considers the interconnectedness of all aspects of health. It goes beyond addressing specific physical ailments and aims to treat the whole person by focusing on their overall well-being and quality of life. This approach recognises that various factors, such as lifestyle, emotions, nutrition, stress and environment, can impact a person's physical health.
Modern life, although increasingly improving, unfortunately, takes an overlooked toll on our bodies. Sedentary routines, high-stress levels, technological overuse and the consumption of hidden toxins are some of the many contributors to our pain and discomfort. Holistic physiotherapy offers a potent remedy.
Whether you have been injured on the field or have been in pain for quite some time, Holistic Physiotherapy emphasises personalised treatment plans. Through a combination of hands-on therapies, exercise regimens, mental health support, and lifestyle guidance, addressing the root causes of discomfort, pain, and dysfunction. This not only alleviates symptoms but also prevents future issues and enhances overall vitality in the minimal amount of sessions possible.
Promoting balance across all aspects of an individual's well-being equips them with tools to manage the demands of modern life better and maintain a healthier, more harmonious existence.

How Our Physiotherapy Sessions Work
It all begins with the idea that the body is perfect. It never makes a mistake.
Sessions are longer than traditional physiotherapy sessions to allow room for the therapist to really see and hear your complaints and truly understand your history. This is the most fair and objective way to work with you to understand your body. No one can truly understand your body in 30-45 minutes.
We spend more time with you so you don’t have to see us as often. In our experience, most people only need 1-2 sessions, with full resolution after the 2nd. We are big on getting you out of our care as quickly as possible.
