What’s Included in our Physiotherapy Services
A different approach to physiotherapy combining the most appropriate tools and treatment modalities to best suit you, your injury, recovery and long term health. Every physiotherapy session is individualised and tailored to meeting you where your body is at and adapting as it changes and, heals and becomes more resilient over time.
During the Physiotherapy session we will offer a combination of the following services based of the assessment:
Manual Therapy & Fascial Release
Hands-on therapy is applied through a whole-body lens, working with fascial meridians and muscle chains rather than isolated structures. This may include soft tissue therapy, fascial release, decompression techniques, and myofascial work to restore glide, circulation, and coordination
Nervous System Regulation
Many chronic pain and complex conditions reflect a nervous system that is stuck in protection rather than adaptability.
Our holistic physiotherapy supports nervous system regulation by:
Reducing threat and sensory overload
Improving body awareness and proprioception
Rebuilding confidence in movement
Gradually reintroducing safe, progressive load
This allows the body to shift out of survival patterns and back into resilience, performance and recovery.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is used to influence neuromuscular, fascial and bioelectrical systems, particularly in areas of protective tension or altered neural input.
Physiologically, dry needling:
Stimulates mechanoreceptors within muscle and fascia
Influences ion flow and local electrical signalling
Modulates motor unit firing and muscle tone
Alters central nervous system threat perception
Dry needling is never used in isolation. It is integrated with movement retraining and rehabilitation to ensure lasting change.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy works through decompression, lifting tissue layers rather than compressing them.
This approach supports:
Fascial layer separation and glide
Blood flow and lymphatic movement
Tissue hydration and sensory input
Systemic balance rather than isolated relief
Cupping also interacts with the piezoelectric properties of connective tissue, influencing electrical signalling across the fascial network. It is particularly effective for chronic and long-standing conditions.
Clinical Pilates (1 on 1)
Our 1 on 1 Clinical Pilates sessions are physiotherapy led delivered by physiotherapists and represent the most therapeutic application of Pilates.
Clinical Pilates is ideal for:
Injury rehabilitation
Post-operative recovery
Pregnancy and postpartum care
Returning to exercise safely
Bridging the gap between rehab and strength training
Sessions are fully individualised and claimable on private health insurance and Medicare under Chronic Care Plans and Enhanced Primary Care Plans, where applicable
Movement Rehabilitation (1 on 1)
For complex presentations or those wanting deeper guidance, we offer 1 on 1 holistic movement rehabilitation within our specialised rehab space.
These sessions integrate:
Fascial-based movement therapy
Strength and coordination training
Nervous system regulation
Specialised rehabilitation equipment
This is ideal for chronic pain, athletic development, post-operative rehab and nervous system-sensitive conditions.
